Warwick Atomic Layer Processing (WALP) 2025Scarman Conference CentreRuns from Tuesday, July 22 to Wednesday, July 23. The inaugural Warwick Atomic Layer Processing (WALP 2025) Workshop will take place 22–23 July 2025 at the Scarman Conference CentreLink opens in a new windowLink opens in a new window, University of Warwick, United Kingdom.
WALP 2025, co-organised by Warwick Chemistry and Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), will bring together leading academic and industrial experts in atomic layer processing (ALP). Our aim is to foster discussions on cutting-edge ALP developments and future directions driven by industrial and societal needs.
The workshop will cover experimental, computational, and AI/ML-driven research in the development of ALP techniques, materials and their applications in semiconductor CMOS, energy storage (batteries, supercapacitors), and energy conversion (fuel cells, photovoltaics) technologies. We will also host industry talks on ALP method development and scale-up for commercial energy and nanoelectronics applications. |
